This course is designed to equip young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities with the skills necessary to evaluate and categorize the problems they encounter in their daily lives. By learning to distinguish between different problem sizes, participants will develop the ability to manage their responses and determine appropriate courses of action based on the severity of the problem.
